Continuing to explore new themes, Sondheim contributed the music and Iyrics tor James Lapine's Sunday in the Park with George. This idea, involvolvng the painter George Seurat, truly intrigued me, with its study of an artist exploring new avenues of creativity. Its enjoyment of a good run was gratifying.
